This is the FULL follow-along workout for WOW 10. You can connect to your big-screen via chromecast or HDMI connection.
One final note in terms of LOADING for this month's training:
I highly recommend you use the same load for your 45-15 PHA Endurance Circuits. The Straddle Press (and its variations in weeks to come) is the weakest movement pattern in the mix. This self-limiting load selection is key to easing you back into MetCon (metabolic conditioning) training.
I'm using a pair of 25-pound dumbbells all week, even though I can go heavier on moves like rows, squats & hinges. I'll only bump the load up to 27.5-30s once the straddle press gets too easy with 25s. This will allow me to lock-in flawless form and stay ahead of the recovery curve.
Remember- Q2 is more about conditioning than strength, so loading is the least of our concerns. You'll be able to focus on heavier loading in the second half of the year. Please continue to be patient and make smart decisions in your training.
IT'S A LONG RACE, SO YOU MUST PACE!
