This BONUS GG content is the first installment of a special ball-handling unit put together by my buddies and former pro basketball players, The Boone Brothers. The elder brother, Jason (@BlackHercules21), jumps it off today with some basic finger and hand drills to increase dexterity, rhythm and hand-eye coordination. Ball-handling drills make for the perfect starters & finishers. They are also the perfect compliment to our boxing skills.
Stay tuned for more drills as they will progress and difficulty and get more challenging from a cardio, metabolic, mobility, stability and rhythm and coordination standpoint.
