This week’s workout uses the exact same training template as last week. However, strategic variations or progressions will be added to every single move to maximize the training effect. If you’re unable to properly perform any new tweak, simply modify with the base move from the previous week. Smaller PIP (or picture-in-picture) visual reminders of the regressions will be provided to help guide you.
Please be mindful of the variety of video clips shown for most moves, especially during the mobility section. Anything I say about an exercise in the video will most likely be shown at some point during the work period. For example, adding oscillations to the lateral knee crawling.
