15 spider stretches in 15 minutes for action hero mobility!

The Spider Shredder (40 Minutes)
6 spider-man inspired moves for 45 seconds and 15 seconds of rest in this epic full-body fat-burning circuit!

Stretchy Spider Shredder (30 Minutes)
Grab some bands and hone your spidey senses! Alternate between 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for 6 moves in this full-body circuit. Perform 5 total cycles for a 30-minute workout.

Speedy Spider Shredder TO-GO
600 total reps challenge workout! Perform 4 cycles of the following circuit:
- 10 spider rows
- 20 assisted spider pushups (10/side)
- 30 spider lateral lunges (15/side)
- 40 spider squats (20/side)
- 50 2-arm spider swings (25/side) -
Stretchy Spider Challenge TO-GO
Grab some bands and hone your spidey senses! Alternate between 12 spider plank pulls/side and 12 spider plank presses/side for 12 total cycles.
