YO! I created this game-changing product during the pandemic. Like many of you, I was stuck in the house so I decided to focus on my craft as a much-needed distraction.

As an aging athlete, I started thinking about how I was gonna set my body up for success in my 40s, not only to extend my career as a fitness trainer but to fight father time to the fullest.

After looking back on my training over the past several decades, I realized I took too many shortcuts & still had some glaring weaknesses in my fitness game that needed fixing:

1.) Breathing
2.) Mobility
3.) Stability

So I designed a cutting-edge program with minimal equipment - bodyweight, bells, bands and med balls - that went back to the basics to rebuild my body from the ground up. Every exercise has a breathing strategy behind it plus there’s supplemental breath work to isolate your breathing muscles for faster results. And recovery work is prioritized just as much (if not more) than the training itself to maximize GAINZ & minimize PAINZ (yes, I do know how to spell).

This a progressive & periodized 3-month program that comes in 3 distinct waves of 3 weeks of escalating training & 1 week of active recovery. And it’s designed to make light weight feel heavy. In fact, I stuck with a pair of 25-pound dumbbells throughout this 90-day plan and finally killed my EGO when it comes to loading.
