SAT: OFF
SUN: OFF
EHOH, WALKING & RECOVER content is done mostly daily. During MONTHS 7-9, WALKING replaces BOXING on T/TH.
The final quarter of the year (MONTHS 10-12) features a 12-week specialization plan to master single-arm pushups & single-leg squats leveraging all of the programming from Months 1-9. Follow the PDF exactly as outlined for best results.
