Ideally, you will be following our training calendars. If you join once we have already started a month of programming, you can start using recovery and mobility videos right away and then hop onto the next Monday's express workout and follow the schedule from there.

If you start during an off week, then you can use recovery and mobility resources and then start the upcoming program right on time!

We have an extensive catalog of previous programs and individual workouts. You can look up those old programs and use them at your discretion as well as older individual workouts, but most of the members will be doing the most current workouts and that's where most of the activity will be in comments as people check in with their progress.

Please always read and watch the materials carefully as most answers will be in there. If you have a question about a program, you can ask in the comments of that workout or program. Technical questions can be asked through the contact section on the app or site.
