I loved the follow along mobility warm ups, the stack variations, double finishers, and the fact that it was 2 hrs (challenging my grit and dedication 💪🏽). I’d like to share my thoughts on each component:

Mobility

The follow-along mobility videos are a game changer. I’ll be honest, I was not consistent with the daily netflix and stretch but, since the introduction of the follow-alongs, I do mobility EVERYDAY. In fact, I am doing mobility multiple times a day and seeing improvement

Boxing

The boxing express is fantastic workout, opportunity to fine tune body mechanics, brain training was a treat, and it so much fun. I practiced MMA for a few years, so it was great to use my gear again.

Stacks

I enjoyed the exercise variety and focus on different muscle groups. Your programing and sequencing of the stacks made it possible for me to push as hard as I could during each stack and have gas in the tank for the next one.

Finishers

Without a doubt, they are great stand alone workouts but as finishers they assure you leave it all on the field. Thanks for the biceps/triceps finishers- I got a precious pump each time!! Thank you for pushing us!

Editing

Chris has done an AMAZING job! By meshing visual and audio ingredients with the programming, it fosters better understanding of the movements and exercises prescribed. For example, including images/videos of muscles we are working on, helps me visualize and focus on the muscle- strengthening my muscle connection. Besides the training content, the attention to detail in your videos is unparalleled and warrants a premium my friend. Everything from the music selection (reminded me of Mike Tyson’s punch out on Nintendo as a kid), the sounds, and costumes (loved) in the boxing training session demonstrated your 150% effort to provide us with the BEST online training available.

We celebrated my buddy’s 46th birthday on the lake yesterday. We spent the day wake surfing and cruising. I hadn’t seen many of theses guy in a few years. When I took off my shirt, the guys ask me if I was training for an Ironman competition or something. In my 47 years, I have never got a compliment like that. I was always the skinny guy and with the skinny legs and later I became an overweight skinny guy. Once I got in the water to surf, I was amazed by how much my surfing ability had improved. My performance improvements were attributed to my mobility work and exercises regime.

“Man, what a month. I think these WOWs have been my favorite all year. So challenging but also a real nice flow about them that gets you locked in quick. Some thoughts - those bent over calf raises are 🔥, the whole scalp stack is tough - had to take a breather for a few seconds but I kept trying to push further each time thru. “Feel the burn” as the music says is well placed. Great set up with the sliders, felt the abs, quads, hips, etc. and appreciated the ab/adductor work being included. The pecs stack and the clock hover + the med ball squeeze just about empties the tank. The Finishers are a nice add, especially the specific arm work. That’s nice to have and is crippling but worth finishing. Thanks for putting these together. Seriously. Challenging as hell but motivating to keep coming back to and doing better than before. FAQ

I am a TDBJ member, do I need to get this?

No. This was the 2021 programming for Q2. That means if you were a member last year, you already did this. If you are new to us in 2022, then you wouldn’t be able to do ‘22 programming and SHRED at the same time. Unlike the subscription, this is a one-time purchase (hence the price difference). So with the subscription, you lose access as soon as you cancel. With SHRED and other one-time purchase products, you will always be able to access the product.

Does access expire?

This is a one-time purchase. So you will be able to keep long term access by logging into your account. It will be stored as a purchase in your library.

Who should purchase GAINZ?

Intermediate to advanced trainees looking for an intensive & progressive 3-month metabolic bodybuilding program. It’s also the ideal followup program to those who have completed ORIGINS and SHRED
