THE POSITIONAL FLOW 2.0
Prepare for the ultimate test of total body mobility, stability, and strength. You will learn how to effortlessly flow between the 3 key positions - lay, sit, and stand - in multiple ways. In doing so, you will unlock an unlimited amount of new training possibilities while bulletproofing your entire body.

Perform each flow for 2 minutes of work/side with 30 seconds of rest between sides before moving on to the next flow:
FLOW 1: Shin Box 5/5/5 Squat Partials Complex: Bottom/Top/Middle
FLOW 2: Shin Box Forearm to Hand
FLOW 3: Seated 3-Way Transition: Shin Box to Getup to Situp
FLOW 4: Getup/Situp to Carry
FLOW 5: Getup/Situp to Hip-Hinge Ladder
MID-WORKOUT BREAK: REST 2-3 MINUTES
Perform each flow for 2 minutes of work/side with 30 seconds of rest between sides before moving on to the next flow:
FLOW 6: Getup/Situp to Hip-Hinge Transfer
FLOW 7: Getup/Situp to See-Saw Lunge Ladder
FLOW 8: 1, 5 or 10 Pushup(s) to Getup/Situp to Stand
FLOW 9: Getup to Crawl Transition
FLOW 10: Situp to Crawl Transition
